Must possess a blue NRIC.\n \tEveryone who are aged 16 years and above are eligible to take part within Category G - Fun Ride.\n \tEveryone who are aged 13 years and above are eligible to take part within Category H – Fun Run.\n \tNBOS Run & Ride 2016 shall be conducted under the rules of Malaysian Athletics Federation (MAF) and also a set of competition rules. Age qualification will be taken as of 31st December 2016.\n\n\n \tAll Fun Ride participants must have a bicycle and helmet. If they do not have a bicycle\, then you may arrange to rent a bicycle from the supplier below at your own risk. The organizer will not be responsible for any dispute on the bicycle rental arrangement between supplier and participants.\n\n\n \tPlease be informed that racing bicycles with thin tyres are strictly not allowed. Therefore\, please ensure to pay online when you register online.\n \tNo refund will be made for wrongful or multiple registration.\n \tSubstitution and changing of categories is NOT allowed\, so please select the category you’re eligible to sign up according to the age qualification. Otherwise you will have to re-register.\n \tPostal entries are not accepted.\n \tThe decision of the Competition Committee is final when accepting entries. The organizers have the right to refuse an entry without having to disclose a reason.\n\n \n\nRace Pack.\nRace pack consists of Brooks Running Tee\, a number bib attached with timing chip (timing chip only for 11km)\, safety pins and race guide (if any). Please be advised that the quantity of the Brooks Running Tees’ ordered according to sizes are limited\, therefore the distribution shall be carried out on first-come\, first-served basis.\n\n \n\nRace Pack Delivery (Optional)\n\nParticipants may opt for race pack delivery during registration. The courier charges of Rm 10.00 will be charged for all race pack delivery request. Race Pack Delivery is only available at the major towns within West Malaysia only. Please provide an address where there will be someone to receive the delivery as the deliveries takes place from 9.00am until 6.00pm from Monday to Friday. Please ensure to submit the authorization letter for each participants listed in the bulk collection name list at the bulk collection counter on the race pack collection day.\n \tForeigners and outstation runners whom resides outside Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur\, Selangor\, Putrajaya & Cyberjaya)) who require special arrangement for race pack collection\, please drop us an email at customerservice@msports.com.my latest by Friday 29th July 2016.\n\n\nTab 5\n\n\nCertificate.\n\nE-Certificate will be made available after 7 days from the event day for the 11KM participants to download.\n\nE-Certificate will be available for downloading for a period of 30 days from the day that it was made available.\n\nCertificates will be awarded at the finish line to participants from 5KM Fun Run & 16KM Fun Ride category.\n\nNo claims will be entertained thereafter.\n\n \n\nMedal.\n\n \n\nFinisher Medals will be distributed at the finish line to all participants.\n\nNo claims will be entertained thereafter.\n\n \n\nSnack Pack.\nSnack pack will be distributed to all participants upon completion of the run.\n\nNo claims will be entertained thereafter.\n\n\nTab 6\n\n\nThis is to certify that all the participants have read and understood the rules and regulation pertaining to their participation in the NBOS Run & Ride 2016 organized under a set of competition rules and the rules of MAF.                                                                                                                                                       \n\nIn consideration of the acceptance of the participant’s entry\, for the participant’s heirs\, executors & administrators\, release and forever discharge MAKSAK Malaysia and the organizers\, their partners\, sponsors\, appointed staff and officials of all liabilities\, claims\, actions\, damage\, costs or expenses which the participant may have against them\, arising out of the participant’s participation in this event\, including travel to and from this event and including all injuries that may be suffered by the participant before\, during and after the event.\n\nThe participants understand that this indemnity includes any claims based on negligence\, action or inaction of any of the above parties. The participant recognize the difficulties of the event and attest that he/she is sufficiently physically fit to compete safely in the NBOS Run & Ride 2016 and he/she have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.\n\nThe Parent/guardian of the participant below the age of 18 years\, confirm that the parent/guardian fully understand and appreciate the effect of the above Waiver Clause and hereby agree and declare on behalf of the participant that the purpose of the Waiver Clause will have equal binding effect on the participant. The parent/guardian hereby consent to his/her participation in the NBOS Run & Ride 2016.\n\nThe participant also accept that the quantity of running tee ordered according to sizes is limited and therefore the running tee will be distributed on first come\, first served basis\n\nWhilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the organizers to ensure the participants safety\, participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual race day.\n\nThe organizers reserve the right to delay the commencement of the race in the event of heavy rain or thunder storm or extreme weather condition. Should the heavy rain\, thunder storm or extreme weather condition persist after delay\, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the race without any refund.
